At NovaTropic, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines important details about shipping, delivery times, costs, and other considerations.


Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Delays: If we experience high order volumes or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Domestic: Canada and the United States.
  • International: Selected countries worldwide.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs and import taxes may apply. NovaTropic is not responsible for these charges. You are responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery.


Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

  • Ensure that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We cannot guarantee changes to your order once it is processed.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order does not arrive or is damaged, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
